Membership Luncheon with CAO Sonia De La Rosa

The Monterey County Business Council is pleased to announce County Administrative Officer (CAO) Sonia De La Rosa as our next guest speaker. This exclusive event presents an invaluable opportunity for local business leaders and community members to gain insights into the county's strategic vision and development plans.

Sonia De La Rosa, who brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to the region's growth and prosperity, will deliver a keynote address that will highlight the county's initiatives, challenges, and opportunities for our communities.

The first Latina County of Monterey CAO, De La Rosa was raised in Monterey County and has maintained her roots in the community. She is the product of parents who worked in the fields of the Salinas Valley who instilled in her a deep value of hard work and dedication. De La Rosa has a track record of strong leadership both inside and outside of government and brings her love of public service to her role. She received a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Chicano Latino Studies from the California State University Fresno in 1998.

This event is open to both current members of the Monterey County Business Council and those interested in joining. Attendees will have the opportunity to understand the county's vision, connect with fellow business leaders, and discuss how to contribute to the region's development.
